McKenna is the Surgical Operations Manager for Dallas Veterinary Surgical Center (DVSC) at the Fort Worth location, where she brings over a decade of experience in veterinary medicine along with a strong commitment to high standards of patient care, team support, and operational excellence. She earned her degree in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University and began her career in the veterinary field in 2012.

McKenna joined DVSC in 2016 as a surgical technician and stepped into her current leadership role in 2020. McKenna is committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where her team can grow and succeed, and she believes that exceptional patient care is driven by compassion, strong teamwork and continuous development.

Outside of work, McKenna enjoys spending time with her husband, Lee, and their two young sons, Mars and Atlas. As a family they love getting outdoors whenever possible, especially hiking, backpacking, and scuba diving. They also share their home with their three pets: Nolan, a border collie mix; Chicken, a tri-pod border collie; and Suki, a domestic shorthair.
