Shawn Dilworth

Shawn brings more than 15 years of healthcare operations leadership experience to DVSC. Throughout his career, he has led multi-site healthcare organizations, driven operational growth, and supported high-performing teams focused on delivering exceptional patient and client experiences.

Shawn holds an MBA, is Lean Six Sigma certified, and proudly served in the United States Air Force. He is known for his collaborative leadership style, commitment to accountability, and passion for developing people and building strong, service-oriented cultures. Shawn believes in leading from the front and values partnering closely with frontline teams to drive continuous improvement and organizational success.

Outside of work, Shawn enjoys spending time with his family, following college football, and cheering on his favorite team, the Ohio State Buckeyes.
